is our intention to provide you with all the help and useful
information that you may be looking for. Our Tech Staff are
always being trained on the system and systems that you as an Internet
User would be using. It is our Policy to provide you with
the most current and up to date information about the Internet.
We will also provide a section called "Tip Of The Day" that will cover Win 3.x, Win 95/98, Internet Explorer 3.0/4.0, Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, and Netscape 3.0/40. This will be a very comprehensive section that you can subscribe to and your questions and your suggestions are always welcome. If you contact us and we don't have the answer, our tech staff will try to find the answer and get back to you, either by a phone call or by E-mail. If he/she cannot answer your question, he/she will refer your question to our Master Tech, who will return your call ASAP or refer you to a Technical support specialist that can.
