After opening the Preferences , click on the "Mail & Groups" + category.   Enter your name as you would wish it to appear on your e-mail.  Enter your E-mail address and your Reply to address (it is recommended you enter it evan if it is the same.  You may enter a Organization and Signature File entries  as these are your own choice.  Now click the mail server  selection.

Step 3: Preference Mail Server Information 

Once here at the Identity tab, just fill in "Your Personal Name": with your real name e.g. John Doe,  Your "SMTP" server and your "Incoming mail server" both will be mail.pyramid3.net.  Be sure that you place a dot in the POP3 mail type  server type.   Click the "More Options. you will get the screen pictured below.  Place a check in the "Check for mail every change the mail time to 10 minutes.      Check the "Remember my mail password.   Now click "OK" and return to the above page. Now click "OK"   You Are Now Done!   To read mail, go to the Window, Netscape Mail or click on the small envelope in the lower right hand corner.
